Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Grossy, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that all Veda Powder products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, certain return conditions apply.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is missing from your order

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Unboxing video proof may be required

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The product has been used
  • The seal is broken
  • The return request is made after 48 hours

Skincare products are non-returnable once opened.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product will be inspected
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled:

  • Before they are shipped

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange pickup.
  • If the return is rejected after inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Contact us for assistance
